We came to Honolulu via cruise ship and wanted to rent a wheelchair for the day. We googled and found Jina’s Mobility and saw they do rentals for the day! We called them and was able to rent a wheelchair for delivery in one hours time. Phenomenal service - they did drop off and pick up at specified times and having same day availability was amazing. A little late with my review...rented 2 scooters for my sister & I while we were in Honolulu in Jan. We had a couple of hiccups at the beginning but the customer service was great to resolve the issues. We were so grateful that we had the scooters since it made exploring the resort so much easier. We were so thankful to have use of this scooter for our stay in Hawaii! Jinas was a great company to rent from. The scooter was delivered to our hotel before we arrived. It was easy to navigate and worked like a charm the whole week. It made all the difference for my husband to be able to keep up with all the walking we did (actually, we struggled to keep up with him!!). I was on vacation in Hawaii and fell and injured my knee. I was unable to walk and had no way of leaving my room for meals. My daughter found Jinas website and I rented a wheelchair. Her response was quick even though it was in the evening. The next morning she delivered the wheelchair and picked it up when we checked out. I highly recommend using this amazing service. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JINAS MOBILITY TO EVERYONE... JINA AND HER STAFF HAVE THIER CUSTOMER CARE ON POINT, EXCELLENT SERVICE...RENTED A MOBILITY SCOOTER LAST MINUTE AND THEY EVEN WENT OUT THIER WAY TO DELIVER AT ANOTHER LOCATION OTHER THAN OUR AIRBNB,  BECAUSE WE HAD ALREADY STARTED OUR DAILY EXCURSION 😀...THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION ...
